Absolute Protection complies with the Washington State Consumer Credit Services Organization Act (CSOA) and applicable federal law. As a consumer in Washington State, you have important rights designed to protect you.

Your Rights Under State & Federal Law

  • You are entitled to obtain a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide credit bureaus. To request your free report, visit www.annualcreditreport.com or call 1-877-322-8228.
  • You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in your credit report directly with the credit reporting agencies.
  • No one may legally remove accurate, timely, and verifiable information from your credit report.

Right to Cancel

  • You may cancel any agreement with Absolute Protection within five (5) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation.
